About us · Our history
Safety that doesn’t just happen
OSHERMS is the brainchild of CEO Cleve Henry. He developed a passion for quality in occupational health and safety early in his career as a Safety Manager. As his network grew across international organisations, that drive for excellence became a company with a heart for creating a safety lifestyle — at work and at home.
OSHERMS Consultants (Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, Risk Management and Security) was established in 2014 from Cleve Henry’s twenty-plus years in OSH, environment, risk management and security across power generation at sea and manufacturing. In 2016 the business expanded into haulage contractors and contract labour supply — today with a team of 80+ people.
